BGT

Last wednesday I went to Britain's Got Talent with my family, which was really great. I think Jai deserved to win as his voice was incredible but tbh I wanted Razy to win, or Stephen Hall-you gotta love him! What do you think? Who were your faves?
Here are some pics taken that day:

Anyway, a few days ago I did a new post on lookbook showing what I wore, please check it out and tell me whatcha think. If any of you have done a post on lookbook recently please link it to me so I can have a look :)

Neo Geisha

Renowned photographer Paolo Roversi teams up with model Guinevere Van Seenus in the Japanese-inspired Neo Geisha shoot, showcased in Vogue's June 2011 issue. The stunning photographs show the striking shapes and colours of oriental fashion with the spotlight on pieces such as Moschino's unstructured blazer, Stefano Pilatti's sarquel trousers and Haider Ackermann's silk pyjamas. I love every single picture from this shoot, as the eye-catching hair, makeup and clothing stand really stand out against the plain backgrounds. The palette of red, white and black, along with the sumptuous silk, epitomises luxury. Here are a few shots incase you haven't yet seen the June issue:

Wishlist

Just a few items which caught my eye whilst browsing through websites and magazines:

Topshop

Jade gathered slit side maxi skirt - £35

I just love maxi skirts, and the bright colour makes this even lovelier.

Urban Outfitters

Sparkle and Fade chiffon panelled skirt - £35

The orange really makes this skirt stand out and I love the flowy feel of chiffon.

Topshop

Black silk etchings print crop trousers by Unique - £120

These are a little too pricey but I still love them as they have an interesting print and are quite eye-catching.

ASOS

Blurred floral wide legged trousers - £35

I think these trousers are really cute and there are some really pretty colours within the floral print, sorry the picture isn't very good.

Next

Striped floppy hat - £14

This Prada-esque floppy hat is the perfect way too nail this season's '70s and stripes trends. Plus its a bargain at £14...

...Too bad I'm broke after spending all my birthday money on these beauties by Vivienne Westwood. Oh well, it was so worth it-I really love them.

London Fashion Weekend

On Friday I went to London Fashion Weekend with my mum, it was a really great day out and there were so many nice clothes, shoes and accessories to buy. There were many reductions on huge designer brands such as a John Galliano coat reduced from almost £4000 to less than £400. Unfortunatley, it was still quite far out of my price range. They also had lovely boutique brands which were much cheaper and I bought a gorgeous peacock headband from Pearl and Ivy and a coral pleated maxi dress. My mum bought a new pair of jeans and a nice scarf. Aswell as shopping, there are runway shows and the chance to have a makeover at Elizabeth Arden or Toni and Guy.

Britain's Got Talent x

Wednesday was amazing! I went to the Britain's Got Talent 3rd semi final, thanks to my Dad, the vision mixer of the show. I love Ant & Dec, and got to high five Dec when he passed me in the studio. I met Pixie Lott, and thought her performance was great. I also saw Louie Spence, star of Pineapple Dance Studios, in the ITV2 studio, and he waved at me! We were sat a few rows behind Simon Cowell's guests and were directly behind the judges. I have to say I hated Amanda Holden's shoes, they were horrible. Incase you didn't see, they were purple and covered in tacky glitter. However, I thought she looked gorgeous on the final with her new hair cut and embellished white futuristic dress. I am very glad Spellbound won, as they were extremely talented and definately a world class act unlike many others. x
